ok, monday morning, here i am at fal again.. shit, i think i ought to be looking at my slides and reading my notes instead of blogging again... haha..

last friday (21st mar) was the eventful day.. my most unglam day.. haha.. but i will leave it to stan to blog more about it.. after all, it's HIS day.. haha..

stan and i went bugis to have my eyes tested, wanna see if my eyesight has deproved and get the appropriate readings for my eyes so that i can go buy a pair of new glasses! haha.. turns out that my left eye is 200 deg instead of 250 and my right eye is still perfect! wow.. amazing eh..my eyesight can actually improve.. so after visiting the optician, there was a roadshow selling specs.. i saw the pair that i wanted long ago (at Monsoon, Centrepoint) and they were only selling it at 120 nett (includes lens and multi-coat). haha.. but i wasn't certain if that was exactly the one that i wanted, so i went back to Monsoon to find Wendy (it's not the hair salon, it's a new specs shop at level 1, the new wing of Centrepoint and they sell really cool specs!)

when i went back, it's exactly the one that i saw at Bugis but the frame alone already costs $155! haha.. i told wendy that i saw the exact one selling for $120. so she called and confirmed. alas, i got my beloved specs at $120! muahahaha.. going back to collect it this weekend i guess. not much chance to go on other days leh.. hmmm.. maybe thurs.. too excited le, can't wait.. will post a pic of me and my specs when i get it! haha.. it's a totally attitude specs.. love it!

then reika called me when we were at kino.. guess she was too upset over some stuff (shan't elaborate here). so stan and i invited her to have Haagen Daaz ice cream with us at Holland Village at 8.15pm! haha.. stan got $10 voucher from his dad.. so might as well use it..

reika said that the sundaes there were really small.. and the fondue costs $39.90! so she suggested to order a pint instead. when we asked the waitress, she said that if we wanted the pint, we gotta sit outside (inside, with air-con, and drinks served, is for dine-in). Just a mere 1m away, it'll be OUTSIDE the shop and we can then eat the pint (TAKEAWAY). She added that the pint is DAMN hard and so even if we order it, we won't be able to eat it now. what kind of service is that? who says the word DAMN to her customers?? oh my gosh.. haha.. reika and i decided that we do not like the waitress at all.. one look at her sickening face and i feel like puking out all my expensive ice-cream.. haha..

anyway, i have managed to grab a picture of stan's 21st bday cake and post it here for all to admire.. it's after he has cut the cake, hence the two ugly lines.. but the cake weighs 4kg in total.. happy birthday my dear!=D
