This is stan here with my first post after a long time. This week is a long-awaited break for me before uni starts next week. Been doing nothing much, just catching up with frens and spending quality time with mic ( i love lolipops!). basically mic and i just lazed ard at my house, watching tv, taking naps, gng groceries-shopping together. later we be making chicken pies and gundams haha!

During these few days, we have both come to a conclusion tat attaining happiness can be very cheap and easy. It's not necessary to dine at posh restaurants or spend big bucks at the theatres or ktvs in order to feel happy. Happiness does not need to be bought, it can be as simple as just watching tv and eating free home-cooked or couple-of-bucks hawker meals. It just boils down to the company and mentality that one has. Not spending extravagantly is especially impt for students like us with limited income and we really have to watch where our money goes..

Anyway, mic and i visited the national museum on last fri night. Entry was free after 6pm (if not it will cost $10 per pax). we decided that we should act as we were culturistic and artistic while appreciating pieces of art.. like those ppl who stare at the paintings for long hrs as if they were deep in thought haha.. There were a couple of contest-winning paintings, a gallery featuring vintage family photos and another gallery featuring olden days hawker food..
