just one short entry before i leave for taiwan..

my dad is unable to send me to the airport today and i know he feels very upset about it. i have always been daddy's girl, maintaining a amicable relationship with him. I love him very much. I know he is worried, but don't worry daddy, I will be safe and take good care of myself.
*a lump forms in my throat*

i m glad that i met his expectations with my uni results, although i did not exceed it, i have put in my best efforts and i hope to give him and my mom the best life i can ever afford..

Please do not ever take your parents for granted. They won't be with you forever. Love them, tell them you love them, show them you love them!

I love you, mom and dad!

4) Shopping
5) Shopping
6) And more shopping haha!

See you guys!

We met yesterday at Vivo City's Shin Kushiya after 89 messages (thanks Deep for counting) on Facebook. Well, Facebook is a good place for 04S15! We used to communicate via sms or emails which took like forever to confirm on a place and sometimes it doesn't even work out in the end!!

After everyone's exams (except SMU ppl), someone finally started a thread in fb to organise a class outing! Whoo! We have also seized the chance to work out the rough idea for our next gathering, tentatively a gathering at Chris' place, complete with BBQ, gossip, mahjong, cards, wii and the fishing pond!! =)

Below are some pics of our dinner, filled with laughter and jokes! Here's one:
"What's the difference between a bowling ball and a pi sai (the dirty stuff inside your nose)?"
look for the answer at the end of this post

Before i forget, Lubin gets drunk after two cups of sake and the fun begins.... Details shall not be elaborated here, all present at the dinner should know what happened.. hahah..

Next up, we are launching our 12th Collection this coming Monday (18May)!

I am very proud of Stan, he was the one who made the cover for Collection 12! Pls support us!

were you waiting for the answer to the joke? here you go:
"For bowling ball, you throw first then roll.
For pi sai, you roll first then throw."

We sent Stan's grandparents to a wedding dinner at Furama Hotel near Clarke Quay on Saturday.. While waiting for them to finish their dinner, we went to Liang Court for dinner and took a slow walk around Clarke Quay..

It's been a long time since we went out at night.. All thanks to me, I am just becoming a hermit crab, cooping up at home, reading my beloved novels.. Speaking of which, I have just read 3 novels in 2 weeks, cleaned up my room! I have never been prouder of my room! -beams-

The novels are seriously good stuff, you guys should check it out too!

  • "A Friend of the Family" by Lisa Jewell
  • "The Wedding" by Nicholas Sparks
  • "Lucy in the Sky" by Paige Toon

Back to our Saturday night, we went to the basement of Liang Court for Jap Curry Rice, it's really yummy! There are many other stalls, such as sushi, udon, bento! Then we spent a super long time at Meidi-Ya supermarket, the Jap stuff there are just overwhelming! Haha..

Then we went to Canele Patisserie along a street of shops near UE Square. It is another branch of the shop where Stan got my 21st Bday cake. We ate Cafe Caramel, quite nice, but you have to share with another person, if not, it will be too sweet to eat on your own. There are many other cakes there, next time we have to go back to get a cheesecake for Stan's Mom. Haha.. Below are pics we took at the cafe:

The whole piece of cake is still there... (fyi: it costs $8.50 a piece, one of the most exp cakes i have eaten!)

The boy claims that he did not eat a single mouthful at all..

Look at the cake now! It's become smaller!

Ok, we both ate it together. Now it's in our stomachs!

A nice night view of the colourful bridge near Clarke Quay, all thanks to our wonderful camera!!

Do we look cute? =)

I like how tiny i look, in contrast to the big grills..

It was time to head back to the car and pick up Stan's grandparents. We saw this in the carpark and Stan couldn't resist taking a pic of it. Near Liang Court, we saw a Lamborghini showroom with the latest models. Stan says our dream will be to own a Lamborghini!!

Okay, that's the end of my long post.... tata!
